Tangy Melon Mint and Peach Green Smoothies

One might say these smoothies are un-seasonal. But who’s judging? Because they are so light and refreshing, you’ll be addicted in no time! So let’s use fall colored backgrounds and call it a day:)

Tangy Peach Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen peaches

1/2 frozen banana

1 /2 c. plain yogurt

1/2 c. almondmilk

large handful spinach

flaxseed

Directions:

Tangy Melon Mint Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup melon (honeydew, pumelo, etc.)

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 frozen banana

A few springs of mint leaves

1/2 cup almond milk

large handful spinach

flaxseed

Directions:

Blend

These aren’t like my typical milkshake-like green smoothies. They are super light, delicate, and of course healthy. The perfect thing for summer mornings …or fall mornings, or winter, or whenever!
