In a perfect world, we would all have our own gardens abudant with fresh produce that we could go harvest right before cooking. Obviously, this scenario is not a reality for majority of Americans, so that’s where packaged food comes into hand. While most packaged foods are an enormous help to us, many are loaded with sneaky perservatives and unhealthy ingredients. The key to finding healthy packaged foods?
