Bee Pollen? It sounds interesting, maybe even intimidating, I know. Yet bee pollen has long been referred to  as “nature’s only perfect food” and “the secret to human longevity”. Not only has it been proven to boost metabolism, it also contains amino acids (the buiding blocks of proteins) and can support weight loss. Here’s a short list of what they’ve been found to provide or help with:

  • Help with Prostate problems

You’ve probably seen this ingredient in my smoothies, but taking it straight from the jar is also perfectly fine:) I usually take about a half a teaspoon to a teaspoon, but I worked up to this amount by starting with just a few granules.
