 If you weren't surprised by any of these counts, that's amazing! But for the majority of us, our jaws
 are still open. Just remember that 1 sugar cube is equal to 4 grams of sugar. That means to drink a regular
 size Coke bottle with 65 g of sugar, you would be drinking 16 sugar cubes.
Even that sugar crazed chocolate cake eating boy would have trouble with that! 

The truth is, Americans are consuming way too much added sugar in their diet. Sweetening with dates, Stevia,
 cocoa powder, and bananas are all ways to cut back.
